Stadium Seating Map

* The upper section of the Home Supporter Stand will be unreserved seating. All other seat categories are reserved seating.
* Supporters wearing Borussia Dortmund merchandise are not permitted to enter, watch, or cheer from the Home Supporters Stand.
* There are no merchandise restrictions for the Main Stand, Back Stand, or South Stand Reserved Seats.
* Please note that refunds and exchanges cannot be accommodated for tickets purchased in error.

Ticket Prices

* Ticket prices are subject to Dynamic Pricing (DP), which fluctuates based on demand. DP applies from the first day of advance sales.
* Both adult and elementary/junior high/high school student ticket prices are subject to DP.
* Value Price Reserved Seats A and B may have restricted views and are exempt from DP.
* The latest ticket prices can be checked on Cerezo Ticket after sales begin.
* Tickets issued via Seven-Eleven are not eligible for resale.

* Additional fees, including payment processing fees, ticketing fees, and system usage fees, will apply depending on your chosen ticketing and payment method.
* In addition to the sales fees listed above, a special sales service fee of ¥220 per ticket will be charged for this event.

Matchday Ticket Sales

Matchday tickets will be sold at the General Ticket Center only if availability remains on match day.
* An additional over-the-counter handling fee of ¥1,000 (tax included) will apply per ticket.
* Seat location requests for reserved seating categories (such as aisle seats or front rows) cannot be accommodated.
* Seat category changes, cancellations, and refunds cannot be accommodated after purchase.

Important Notes

* If multiple customers select the same seat at the same time, the system may display an error indicating that the seat is no longer available.
* Customers without a seating preference may select the option to proceed to quantity selection without choosing a seat.
* Due to system processing, tickets may occasionally be unavailable even when limited availability is shown, or additional seats may become available after a category has been marked as sold out.
* Preschool children may watch the match on a guardian’s lap without a ticket, limited to one child per guardian. A ticket is required if a separate seat is needed.
* Welfare services offered at regular Cerezo Osaka home matches are not available for this match.
* Movement within the stadium is restricted to the seating area corresponding to the purchased ticket category. Re-entry gates will be available for all sections.
* Seat category changes and refunds cannot be accommodated after purchase.
